Counsel at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith on Tuesday removed a civil rights lawsuit against the County of San Bernardino and its Sheriff's Department to California Central District Court. The complaint was filed by Schlueter Law Firm on behalf of Kelly Lorenz and Alykhan Popat, who claim excessive force. The case is 5:22-cv-00143, Lorenz et al v. County of San Bernardino et al.
