Compass Group, a large building services company, was sued Friday in Florida Southern District Court over alleged employment discrimination. The lawsuit was brought by Peregonza The Attorneys PLLC on behalf of a Latina housekeeper employed by the defendant at Hialeah Hospital. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-23642, Lopez v. Compass Group USA, Inc.
