Prudential Financial was hit with an ERISA lawsuit Tuesday in Georgia Northern District Court. The court case, pertaining to long-term disability benefits, was brought by Evans Warncke Robinson on behalf of Nancy Lloyd. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-02568, Lloyd v. The Prudential Insurance Company of America.
