Akerman filed a trade secrets lawsuit Wednesday in New Jersey District Court on behalf of LLFlex LLC. The complaint targets former employee Gregg Olah for the alleged breach of restrictive covenants in his employment agreement. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-20669, Llflex, LLC v. Olah.
