The Litigators of the Week John Hueston and Moez Kaba of Hueston Hennigan. They led a trial team in May when Boeing was hit with a $72 million verdict earlier in litigation against defunct electric airplane company Zunum Aero Inc. But U.S. District Judge James Robart in Seattle this week granted full judgment to Boeing, finding Zunum hadn't adequately identified its alleged trade secrets nor shown that Boeing interfered with its dealings with other potential investors.
