Unum Group, a Tennessee-based insurance firm, was hit with an ERISA lawsuit Thursday in Georgia Northern District Court. The lawsuit, for a disputed claim under a long-term disability policy, was brought by Evangelista Worley LLC and Bailey & Glasser on behalf of Albert Lintel. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-04751, Lintel v. Provident Life and Accident Insurance Company et al.
