Counsel at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin on Friday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The complaint, over a disputed claim arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed by Silverman, Trotman & Schneider on behalf of Jennifer Levito. The case is 2:23-cv-01816, Levito v.
