Dickinson Wright filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Monday in California Central District Court targeting the Committee for the Recall of District Attorney George Gascon. The suit was brought on behalf of Let the Voters Decide, which contends that the defendant breached the terms of a professional services contract. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
