Computer-memory giant Western Digital Corp.'s chief legal officer, Michael Ray, will depart this week after nearly a quarter-century at the company, one of Silicon Valley's oldest. San Jose, California-based Western Digital revealed in a regulatory filing this month that Ray will exit as executive vice president, CLO and corporate secretary this Friday "to pursue another opportunity."
