Arconic, an industrial company specializing in lightweight metals, was sued Friday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court over alleged race-based employment discrimination and retaliation. The lawsuit was brought by Derek Smith Law Group on behalf of Matthew Lausell. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-03104, Lausell v. Arconic, Inc.
