Danielle Mettler-LaFeir of Barclay Damon has entered an appearance for Combined Systems Inc., CTS-CSI Holdings Inc. and PLP-CTS Holdings Inc. in a pending environmental lawsuit under the Clean Air Act. The case was filed July 13 in Pennsylvania Western District Court by Mizner Firm on behalf of David Laurie and Sandra Laurie. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Mark R. Hornak, is 2:21-cv-00901, Laurie et al. v. PLP-CTS Holdings, Inc. et al.
