Baker Botts partner Thomas Martin and Jonathan C. Williams of Parr Brown Gee & Loveless have stepped in to represent Pro Lash Inc. and other defendants in a pending patent and trade dress infringement lawsuit. The action, filed Jan. 5 in Utah District Court by the Tyz Law Group and Lahti Helfgott LLC on behalf of Lashify Inc., accuses the defendants of selling 'knock-off' products, including devices for applying fake eyelash extensions. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Howard C. Nielson Jr., is 2:24-cv-00016, Lashify, Inc. v. Pro Lash, Inc. et al.
