Katlyn McGarry and Mark A. Johnson of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart have stepped in to represent RathGibson Janesville in a pending lawsuit over alleged employment discrimination under the ADA. The action was filed July 2 in Wisconsin Western District Court by the Cross Law Firm on behalf of a former employee who contends that he was wrongfully terminated in retaliation for requesting intermittent medical leave for his bipolar and post-traumatic stress disorder. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge James D. Peterson, is 3:24-cv-00445, Larson, Chad v. RathGibson Janesville LLC.
