Morgan & Morgan filed an alleged wage-and-hour violations lawsuit Wednesday in Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, filed on behalf of security guard contractor Katie M. Lambeth, pursues claims against C&M Defense Group LLC for failure to pay overtime hours worked. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-02405, Lambeth v.
