Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin on Friday removed a lawsuit against Geno Enterprises LLC, owner of a Chick-fil-A restaurant, to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The complaint, over alleged racial discrimination in employment, was filed by the law office of Joseph A. Malley III on behalf of Richard Lacontora. The case is 2:21-cv-03948, Lacontora v. Geno Enterprises LLC.
