Attorneys from DLA Piper have entered appearances for General Electric in a pending complaint for declaratory relief. The suit, filed Nov. 16 in Florida Middle District Court by Baker & Hostetler on behalf of L3Harris Technologies, seeks to declare that the plaintiff is the rightful owner of two blocks of IP addresses worth millions of dollars. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Anne C. Conway, is 6:23-cv-02215, L3Harris Technologies, Inc. v. General Electric Co.
