R.R. Donnelley & Sons, a Chicago-based communications services company, and was hit with an ERISA lawsuit Friday in Utah District Court. The case, over the company's medical and prescription drug program, was brought by G. Eric Nielson & Associates on behalf of three anonymous plaintiffs. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 4:21-cv-00013, L. et al v. R.R. Donnelley & Sons et al.
