BHG Holdings d/b/a Behavioral Health Group was slapped with a data breach class action on April 22 in Kentucky Circuit Court for Jefferson County. The court case centers on a December 2021 cyberattack that allegedly exposed the personally identifying and private health data of approximately 197,500 individuals. The complaint was was brought by Morgan & Morgan, Gray & White and Barnow and Associates. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 24-CI-002796, Smith, Et Al Vs.
