Hyundai Motor was hit with a breach-of-warranty lawsuit on April 17 in Kentucky Circuit Court for Jefferson County. The lawsuit was filed by Lawson at Law on behalf of the owner of a 2018 Hyundai Sonata Sport. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 24-CI-002702, Mcmahan, T Vs.
