Foulston Siefkin filed a trade secret and business tort lawsuit on March 21 in Kansas 18th Judicial District Court for Sedgwick County on behalf of wire harness and cable maker Mize & Co. The suit takes aim at Elite Harness, former Mize president Nathan Smith and former Mize vice president of sales and marketing Joshua Holthusen. The suit contends that the defendants conspired to 'destroy' the plaintiff by misappropriating confidential information and soliciting key employees, customers and suppliers for a competing venture.
