Bank of America was sued Wednesday in Florida Middle District Court over alleged race, sexual orientation and medical condition discrimination in employment. The court action was filed by The Cochran Firm Orlando on behalf of Sean Kow. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 6:21-cv-01220, Kow v. Bank of America, N.A.
