Counsel at McGuireWoods on Friday removed a lawsuit against Bank of America to New Jersey District Court. The suit was filed by Maselli Warren P.C. on behalf of Stanley J. Koreyva Jr., who claims an agent of 3P Equity Capital forged a $100,000 check the plaintiff had endorsed to the company and deposited it in a separate account. The case is 3:21-cv-14082, Koreyva v. Bank of America.
