Melissa A. Dziak of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin has entered an appearance for Education Plus Corp. d/b/a the Family Foundation School and other defendants in a pending lawsuit pursuant to the Adult Survivor's Act. The action was filed Nov. 19 in New York Northern District Court by Rudderow Law on behalf of a former student who contends that she was sexually assualted and abused between Sept. 1997 - Mar. 1999 by Paul Geer and Audra Runge Towsley, both counselors at the Family Foundation School. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Thomas J. McAvoy, is 3:23-cv-01453, Kohlhaus v. Education Plus Corp. et al.
