Curt Roy Hineline of Baker & Hostetler has entered an appearance for Legacy Health in a pending digital privacy class action. The case, filed Dec. 14 in Oregon District Court by Stoll Stoll Berne Lokting & Shlachter and Milberg Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman, accuses the defendant of installing tracking pixels on its website and disclosing individuals' personal information and protected health data to Meta Platforms. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Michael H. Simon, is 3:23-cv-01886, K.L. v. Legacy Health.
