Conduent, a provider of business process services, was hit with a derivative shareholder lawsuit Monday in New York Southern District Court. The lawsuit was filed by Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd over allegedly misleading statements made by the company's leadership regarding its IT infrastructure. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:20-cv-10964, Kiner v. Webb-Walsh et al.
