Attorneys at Adams and Reese on Friday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Williams Scotsman Inc. to Louisiana Middle District Court. The suit, filed by attorney Dathan L. Hill on behalf of Kiddoscope LLC and Tusumba Dialekwa, accuses the defendant of violating a contract for the construction of a school building by not being properly up to code. The case is 3:22-cv-00199, Kiddoscope LLC et al v. Williams Scotsman Inc.
