TransUnion was sued Thursday in Georgia Northern District Court for claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The court case was brought by Armor Law and Berry & Associates on behalf of Carl Anthony Kelly. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-04304, Kelly v. Trans Union LLC.
