Walmart was hit with a personal injury lawsuit Tuesday in Texas Northern District Court. The court action was filed by Forester Haynie PLLC on behalf of Robin Kellerhals. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 4:23-cv-00035, Kellerhals v. Walmart Inc et al.
