Dickinson Wright filed a securities lawsuit Tuesday in Michigan Eastern District Court. The suit, against Bitcoin Latinum and Kevin Jonna, contends that Jonna allegedly enticed plaintiffs to invest approximately $541,045 in unregistered Latinum tokens. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:22-cv-10208, Jonna et al v. Bitcoin Latinum et al.
