Counsel at Deutsch Kerrigan on Friday removed a lawsuit against Amica Mutual Insurance and John R. Anderluh Jr. to Louisiana Eastern District Court. The suit, for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed by the Cosse Law Firm on behalf of Troy Jones. The case is 2:23-cv-01031, Jones v. Anderluh, Jr. et al.
