Counsel at Seyfarth Shaw on Thursday removed a lawsuit against Hertz Global Holdings to New Jersey District Court. The suit was filed by Costello & Mains on behalf of a former operations manager for Hertz who claims he was wrongfully terminated due to disability-based employment discrimination. The case is 2:23-cv-01484, Jones, Jr. v. The Hertz Corporation et al.
