Attorneys at Alston & Bird on Saturday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against PayPal Holding Company to Texas Eastern District Court. The suit, filed by The Law Offices of Mark Liberman on behalf of First Place Real Estate, JLR Global and other plaintiffs, accuses Paypal of unilaterally terminating plaintiffs accounts. The case is 4:22-cv-00559, Jlr Global, LLC et al v. PayPal Holding Company.
