Honeywell International was sued Wednesday in Florida Middle District Court over alleged employment law breaches. The suit, was filed by Mazaheri & Mazaheri on behalf of Sean Jennings, who contends that he was terminated by refusing to participate in Honeywell's COVID-19 vaccine policy. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 6:22-cv-00885, Jennings v. Honeywell International Inc..
