Stephanie Gantman Kaplan, Richard M. Weibley and Oliver Katz of Blank Rome have entered appearances for Community Human Services Corporation in a pending lawsuit over alleged race-based employment discrimination. The complaint was filed Sept. 9 in Pennsylvania Western District Court by The Trial Law Firm on behalf of Neoshe Jenkins. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Christy Criswell Wiegand, is 2:21-cv-01174, Jenkins v. Community Human Services Corporation.
