Drew Eckl & Farnham on Thursday removed a lawsuit against Auto-Owners Insurance and other defendants to Georgia Northern District Court. The complaint, for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed by Champion Law Group on behalf of Douglas Jefferson. The case is 1:21-cv-04391, Jefferson v. Seratt et al.
