Google was hit with a patent lawsuit Thursday in Texas Western District Court. The lawsuit was brought by the Mort Law Firm and Fabricant LLP on behalf of Jawbone Innovations. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 6:21-cv-00985, Jawbone Innovations, LLC v. Google LLC.
