The U.S. government was slapped with a bid protest lawsuit Monday in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. The suit was brought by IXI Technology Electronic Warfare and attorneys at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman over the U.S. Navy's decision not to award a contract to the plaintiff for unmanned aerial system technologies. The case is 1:21-cv-01490, IXI Technology Electronic Warfare LLC v. USA.
