Thompson Hine filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Friday in Ohio Southern District Court on behalf of Intelligrated Systems LLC. The suit brings claims against Hy-Tek Material Handling Installation Services for alleged failure to install a conveyor belt system at an Amazon distribution center pursuant to a subcontractor agreement. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-00807, Intelligrated Systems, LLC v. Hy-Tek Material Handling Installation Services.
