Richards, Layton & Finger filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Monday in Delaware District Court on behalf of Infinity Laboratory Group. The suit targets Russell Odegard and Michael Pruett, sales representatives for third party Dynalabs, for allegedly breaching a membership interest purchase agreement. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-00588, Infinity Laboratory Group Inc. v. Odegard et al.
