Otolaryngology Associates was hit with a data breach class action on April 16 in Indiana Superior Court for Marion County. The lawsuit, brought by Cohen & Malad, pursues claims on behalf of individuals whose data was allegedly exposed in a Feb. 2024 cyberattack. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
