Kia Motors was hit with a breach-of-warranty lawsuit on April 8 in Indiana Superior Court for Marion County. The suit was filed by H.C. Bradley LLC on behalf of the owner of a 2022 Kia Seltos. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 49D12-2404-PL-015404, Davida Brandon v. Kia America, Inc.
