Dollar Tree was slapped with a slip-and-fall personal injury lawsuit on April 19 in Indiana Superior Court for Lake County. The court action was filed by Westland & Bennett on behalf of Tamara Dawson. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 45D01-2404-CT-000524, Tamara Dawson v.
