Attorneys from Morgan, Lewis & Bockius have entered appearances for Nuance Communications Inc. in a pending data breach class action. The case, filed June 28 in Pennsylvania Middle District Court by Barnow & Associates and Shub & Johns, brings claims on behalf of Geisinger Health's 1.2 million patients whose personally identifiable information was allegedly compromised by a terminated Nuance employee in a Nov. 2023 cyberattack.
