American Family Insurance Group was hit with an insurance lawsuit on April 24 in Illinois Circuit Court for DuPage County. The court case, for a disputed property damage claim arising from a tornado, was brought by Amoni Law Offices on behalf of Arif Agha and Fariha Agha. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2024LA000498, Agha v. American Family Mutual Insurance Company.
