Lawyers at Carlton Fields on Friday removed an insurance lawsuit against Westchester Surplus Lines Insurance Company to Florida Middle District Court. The suit, which seeks coverage for business losses due to COVID-19, was filed by Morgan & Morgan on behalf of Ice House Pub, Inc. The case is 2:21-cv-00264, Ice House Pub, Inc. v. Westchester Surplus Lines Insurance Company.
