Latham & Watkins partners Serrin A. Turner, Elizabeth L. Deeley, and Susan E. Engel have stepped in to defend game developer Zynga in a data breach class action. The suit was filed March 2 in California Northern District Court by Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy; Foulston Siefkin; and The Miller Law Firm on behalf of individuals whose personal information was compromised in a 2019 hacking incident. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Haywood S. Gilliam, Jr, is 4:20-cv-01539, I.C., a minor, by and through his natural parent, Nasim Chaudhri et al v. Zynga, Inc.
