Gabrielle A. Giombetti of Fisher & Phillips has entered an appearance for Ryan Caggiano in a pending breach-of-contract lawsuit. The suit was filed Jan. 4 in Connecticut District Court by Seyfarth Shaw on behalf of Hub International New England. The suit accuses the defendant of breaching his employee agreement by binding insurance coverage for a Hub client without collecting payment for 100% of the premium due. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Victor A. Bolden, is 3:24-cv-00017, Hub International New England, LLC v. Caggiano.
