Kraft Heinz was sued Thursday in California Eastern District Court over alleged race-based employment discrimination. The lawsuit was filed by Sanford Heisler Sharp on behalf of three Black plant workers. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-01258, Horn et al v. Kraft Heinz Foods Company LLC.
