CVS Health and CVS Pharmacy were sued Thursday in Rhode Island District Court over policies that allegedly inflate the prices insurers pay for prescription drugs. The case, which centers on CVS's Health Savings Pass program, was brought by Partridge, Snow & Hahn and Stein Mitchell Beato & Missner on behalf of Horizon Healthcare Services. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:20-cv-00458, Horizon Healthcare Services Inc. et al v. CVS Health Corporation et al.
