Lawyers at Littler Mendelson on Friday removed a lawsuit against Centurion of Florida and MHM Health Professionals to Florida Northern District Court. The suit, over alleged race-based employment discrimination, was filed by Marie A. Mattox P.A. on behalf of Cora Ann Holmes-Thomas. The case is 5:21-cv-00214, Holmes-Thomas v. Centurion Of Florida LLC And MHM Health Professionals LLC F/K/A MHM Health Professionals Inc.
